Shradha Tibrewal has been an educator, researcher, program developer, and social worker for 20+ years with expertise in teaching, designing and leading program evaluations to create strong effective programs. Shradha specializes in qualitative and quantitative methodologies and analyses, and Participatory Action Research. Her research encompasses a wide range of social issues and programs, including effectiveness of mindfulness based approaches, reproductive rights, maternal health, and economic sustenance of oppressed women groups, decision making in child welfare, parents involved in the child welfare system and issues relating to at-risk youth/foster youth among others. Dr. Tibrewal has worked as a school social worker, a community organizer, and a social worker with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Shradha received her Ph.D. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002 and a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Delhi.
