Room Rental

Renting Blossom’s space is a great way to get a conveniently located family friendly room while also supporting Blossom Birth, a non profit education and resource center that provides parents and birth professionals with a holistic, non-judgmental view of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting.

This space is perfect for:

  • practitioners seeing clients,
  • holding meetings,
  • group sessions, or
  • workshops and classes.

We are conveniently located on South California Ave in Palo Alto near many food options and the thriving South California Ave. Business District, just two blocks from the California Ave. CalTrain station. Our building is occupied by a mixture of offices and retail space and we are located on the ground floor. Our unit is wheelchair and stroller friendly.

We offer two rooms for rent: our Yoga Room (perfect for classes) and our Couch Room (perfect for meetings, group sessions and workshops). The Yoga Room is 550 sq. ft. with laminate flooring, yoga mats and basic sound system. The Couch Room is 456 sq. ft. and is set up with couches, armchairs and gliders to comfortably sit up to 20 people. Access to a microwave, a refrigerator, a hot water dispenser, and basic supplies is included. Blossom also has a massage table and pregnancy bolster system (body cushion) for body work practitioners to use if needed. We provide a TV and DVD/VCR, a radio and two white boards along in our Couch Room, with teaching supplies such as a model pelvis and baby for childbirth classes.

Rates are as follows:

  • One room (Couch or Yoga): $90 for first two hours, each additional hour $40
  • Both rooms: $120 for first two hours, each additional hour $55
  • One room, full day: $250
  • Both rooms, full day: $300

Rental does not include any publicity, marketing, registration, or web entries by Blossom Birth, except as follows:

  • Weblink included on our Calendar: $20
  • Webpage on Blossom’s site, with details of your event and links from appropriate Blossom landing pages(includes weblink on our calendar): $40

A deposit of 50% of the room rental fee is due at the time of booking to hold your space. Remaining balance is due on the day of the rental. Should you decide to cancel your reservation more than one week prior, your deposit less a $15 processing fee will be returned to you. Cancellations made less than seven days in advance will NOT be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing (email is okay). A one-time security deposit of $200 is required for all rentals, due seven days prior to reservation, to be refunded upon delivery of premises to original condition and bill paid in full.

Discounts available for Blossom Providers and non-profit organizations. All other restrictions apply.
