Refunds/ Cancelations
Blossom classes are known for expert instructors and small class sizes. Please help us keep classes affordable by selecting your course dates carefully.
- If you must transfer classes or cancel, contact us at least three weeks before the course date for full credit or refund (minus $15 processing fee)
- If you contact us between 48 hours and three weeks before the course date, you will receive credit (minus $15 processing fee) to transfer into a new class or to be used toward another Blossom class(es) within one year.
- If you must cancel within 48 hours, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling for the same class, however due to the short notice, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. In these cases, your fees will be contributed to our scholarship fund and we will be glad to send you a letter for tax purposes acknowledging your donation. $15 processing fee will apply.
- Should your baby's early arrival interfere with taking your class, you shall receive a 50% refund and 50% class credit (minus $15 processing fee)
- If a canceled class is part of a discount package, in addition to the aforementioned policy, discount for any other classes that are part of the package will be subtracted from the refund or receive class credit to take a comparable class (i.e. if cancelled class was a Column A class, it must be replaced with a Column A class, if it was a Column B class, it may be replaced with a Column A or Column B class). $15 processing fee will apply.
- Rarely, Blossom needs to cancel a class due to low enrollment. We make every attempt to meet minimum enrollment well in advance of the class, and we allow same-day registration for the convenience of our community. For this reason, we may be unable to alert you to a class cancelation until the last 24 hours. Should your class fall into this category, we make every attempt to reschedule you for the same class at a time that is convenient for you. Full refunds will be issued should we be unable to accommodate you in this situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Yoga 6-class passes expire 6 months from date of purchase and 12-class passes expire 12 months from date of purchase. Parent-Baby Group passes expire 3 months ($105 pass) or 6 months ($195 pass) from date of first use. Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should extenuating circumstances keep you from using your card before the expiration date, please contact our office at your earliest convenience. We make every effort to be accommodating in unusual situations, and Blossom will have the final decision in making exceptions to our policy. Exceptions will NOT be considered after the expiration date.
