Tuesdays, 7:15pm: Stefanie
Physical Intensity Level: Medium-High
Styles: Vinyasa Flow
Stefanie leads a breath-centric Vinyasa flow with attention to stability and stillness of the mind. The class incorporates challenging, active asanas intertwined with passive, restorative postures. The focus is on meditation through movement and reminders to return to a positive intention. All levels welcome.
Wednesdays, 9:00am: Sharon
Physical Intensity Level: Moderate
Styles: Forest, Vinyasa
Learn to move smoothly and fluidly through a beautiful, healing, Forrest-inspired Vinyasa flow. Enjoy clear instruction, demonstrations and hands-on assists to help you learn and progress safely in each pose. All levels are welcome! No matter how much or little experience you have, enjoy the transformational aspects of yoga through deep breath and movement. Core work, hip openers and poses to release the neck and shoulders help you feel strong and steady and support you in the challenges and joys of family life.
Thursdays, 7:15pm: JuFen
Physical Intensity Level: Moderate-High
Styles: Dharma Yoga
Fundamentals of Yoga
JuFen's classical yoga practice will warm students up slowly and introduce them to asanas (poses) to bring flexibility and strength to the body. Many variations will be provided for this multi-level class. This practice ends with deep relaxation (savasana) and breathing exercises (pranayama). All levels of practitioners are welcomed.
Sundays, 8:30am: Mia
Physical Intensity Level: Medium-High
Styles: Core-focused Vinyasa
Mia's energetic class will combine a flowing vinyasa practice with poses and movements to strengthen the core muscles of the body. Students can expect a strong but accessible class taught at a moderate-fast pace, with an emphasis on proper alignment. We will go way beyond "abs" and utilize the entire core: abdominals, back, hips, and thighs— to develop balance, improve posture, and cultivate ease and strength throughout the entire body. Plenty of options will be given to allow you to up-level or down-level as necessary. Whether you are looking to regain core awareness following childbirth, want to strengthen your core, or are just looking for a well-rounded vinyasa practice, you will feel safely challenged in this class. This class is open to all members of the community, and modifications will be given for pregnant and post-partum students. All levels welcome, although some yoga experience is recommended for prenatal students.

Physical Intensity Level: "High" indicates a vigorous, athletic, physically strenuous workout that will make most people sweat. "Low" indicates a gentle, restful, restorative workout, with the emphasis of the practice on relaxing.
Styles: Indicates the styles of yoga or other philosophies that influence the practices of the class. The teacher may have specific training or certification in these styles.
