If you’re ready to incorporate exercise into your daily routine of parenting, join us every Saturday for a fun and innovative class that provides answers to questions like "how can I exercise while soothing my fussy baby?" or "what gentle exercises can I do when my daughter cluster feeds?"

Meet like-minded parents for a 1 hour and 15 minute invigorating workout for Moms, Dads, and all caregivers who want to exercise while parenting. Babywearing is encouraged but not necessary. Older children are welcome. The first 15 minutes of class will include a check-in and focus on safety tips while exercising with your child in a carrier. The next half hour will combine Pilates, gymnastics conditioning, jazz dance, martial arts, and ballet barre with the art of Babywearing. (NOTE: Babywearing is not required.) And the last half hour will answer your questions and provide situational exercise solutions.

Let's work together to renew your energy while we nurture our children. Bring your own carrier. For all fitness levels. No Pilates experience necessary. Appropriate age for children: 6 weeks – 5 years old. There are safe modifications for pregnant mamas, too! Dads are welcome so you can workout as a family!  Let’s get creative and reach our fitness goals!
