Hillary Easom

Hillary Easom was first introduced to yoga in 1997. She practiced yoga regularly while pregnant with each of her two children and was guided through birth by the mindful union of body, breath and spirit. Hillary has studied many different styles of yoga, and her own style blends the alignment focus of Iyengar yoga with the flow and body-breath connection of Vinyasa. She completed a 200-hour Teacher Training in 2009 at Avalon Yoga Center in Palo Alto, studying with John Berg and Anirudh Shastri. In 2010 she completed a 40-hour Pre-/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Jane Austin at Yoga Tree in San Francisco. Hillary’s classes are a gentle but challenging blend of strengthening asanas, meditative flow sequences and centering breathwork aimed to empower women through their own pregnancy and birth experiences.
