Join Jonathan Bartlett, BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) Dads' Group Leader for an easy, child-friendly hike with gorgeous views of the South Bay. Trail is relatively flat, and all-terrain stroller friendly. Take in the fresh air, great view, and get to know some other Blossom Dads and kids!

After the hike (around 11:30), meet back at the trail head for a potluck picnic in the company of peacocks. (Yes, peacocks!) Hike is just for Dads and Kids, Picnic is for the whole family. (Mom, feel free to relax at the Picchetti Winery or on the lawn at the trailhead while Dad is out with the kids.) Wine tasting is available at the Picchetti Winery for just $5 per person. Be sure to try the award-winning wines from this historical California Winery.

Getting to Picchetti:

From the Palo Alto Area, take 280 South to the Foothill Expressway Exit and turn right (south) onto Foothill. Foothill will turn into Stevens Canyon Road. Make a right onto Montebello (which is about 3 miles from 280). The trailhead and winery will be on your left at 13100 Montebello. Drive time from Blossom is about 20- 25 minutes. Parking is somewhat limited and carpooling is encouraged.
