This is a FREE group which hosts speakers of interest to new moms. It is geared towards precrawlers, but all are welcome. We meet on second and fourth Thursdays 1:15- 2:30pm at Blossom; speakers start at 1:30. Please RSVP through our online form. During pregnancy, there are physiological and endocrinonlogical changes that occur in preparation for creating the enviornment for the developing baby which can result in a misaligned spine or joints.     Importance of Healthy Baby Teeth with Dr. S. Brian Liu

    Learn the importance of healthy baby teeth and good dental habits that help prevent tooth decay. Healthy baby teeth are important for eating, smiling, talking and keeping a place for adult teeth. More importantly, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry(AAPD), recommends that a visit to the dentist should be at 12 months or six months after the baby's first tooth erupts. It is important to make that first visit to the dentist by age one, even though it may seem like your child does not have enough teeth for his/her initial dental consultation.

    Dr. S. Brian Liu is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Liu has dedicated more than twenty years of his life in pursuit of excellence in dentistry. Not content to solely practice dentistry, he has been teaching at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) for more than ten years.
