Birth by Cesarean is a strong possibility for every pregnant woman. Our local cesarean delivery rate is about 30-40%. When interviewing cesarean parents about how they prepared for the possibility of Cesarean Birth, the most common response was, "I really didn't, because I didn't think it would happen to me."
Whether you are planning a cesarean for medical necessity, really hoping not to have one, or just wanting to prepare for the just in case scenario of labor not unfolding the way that you plan; this workshop will provide you with the awareness, tools, and tips, to bring your mindfulness to your birth experience.
